GetFler started as a reaction to the inefficiencies and inherit bias in many traditional recruiting and headhunting processes. With a background from tech companies and deep experience from the recruiting world, we set out to combine the best of human sensibilities with advanced AI and modern engineering to make meaningful impact in real-life recruiting.
Having worked in management roles and recruiting people across a wide variety of roles, we noticed that we all had plenty of experiences both good and bad. We decided we could do something about this by merging tech and human elements.
